For its launch the advertising agency The Embassy asked us to implement its brand identity in order to express the evolutive and dynamic attitude of the team.
We take advantage from EEG brain monitoring technology by Emotiv to render and visualise in real time a 3D generative visual who was triggered by the cerebral activities of each member of The Embassy. To do that we developed a program in C++ who was able to read, process and stream the data to Unity 3D. In Unity the 3D visual was generated according the kind, number and quality of stream of data.
The result is a generative 3D artwork for each member of The Embassy team, creating uniques portraits. Different forms, colors and movements correspond to the many mental processes that each person produce with its own cerebral activity. The project was presented during IF Festival in Milan, where an installation open to the public was setted up and where anyone had the chance to generate its own unique portrait.
